What is the typical profile we hire?

It depends on the position for which you are applying. Generally, we are looking for graduates with exceptional communication skills. We always look forward to having a good mix of people from various backgrounds both in terms of education and experience so that our knowledge pool is enhanced. What is a typical day in Oriflame?

Each day in Oriflame brings its own challenges and fun filled moments. Consultant interactions, project meetings, presentations, proposals, deadlines etc are part of the daily routine. In addition, events, celebrations, birthdays etc happen quite frequently.

What is involved in the application process?

After you have applied through our website we contact you and confirm the receipt of your application.

After initial screening of the resumes you are contacted for an interview with the HR department followed by interviews with the department heads.

Will I definitely hear from Oriflame regarding my application/resume?

We will regularly communicate with you via email. If you have registered with a Hotmail or Yahoo account, please remember to check your 'Junk' folders for confirmation or invitation emails to ensure you do not miss out on important communication from us.

Is my application processed by a machine?

No. Due to the volume of applications we receive - and in order to provide you with a speedy response - parts of your application are processed by a computer. However, all applications will be assessed by an HR professional to try to provide each applicant with the fairest possible opportunity. Without exception, the decision to invite you further in the process (or not) will be made by a member of the Recruitment Team.

How will I know whether I have been short-listed for interview or not?

Oriflame receives hundreds of resumes each week. We will contact you by email or telephone and schedule an interview within four weeks of your date of application. If you have not been called by us for an interview, you will still be contacted to let you know the status of your application.

How long does it take to let me know the outcome of an interview?

Due to the volume of applicants, we ask that you give us 2-4 weeks to notify you.

Yes you can but you must apply separately to each position.
