Claims or Returns Product

Once you logged on Oriflame website.

  • Click on "Order" tab
  • Click on "Claims/Returns" on the left side of the window
  • Click "Claims/Returns" on sub link


Enter the consultant number for which you beed to return/exchange


Click the invoice number in which you have bought the product and want to return/exchange. Click "continue".


Select "I want to Return, Exchange or report missing product".


Select "I want to Return, Exchange or report missing product" and select "return" on the product which you have to return/exchange.


Select "Damaged or defected products" from sub menu.


Enter the Batch code of the product and select appropriate sub type.

Note: This is a mandatory field, you have to select the appropriate reason to return/exchange the product


You need to click the picture of the damage product and upload it here. Note: you can upload maximum 2MB file.

Click "Continue" to proceed


Click "confirm & send" to finalise the claim.


Here you will get the unique claim number for your reference. You will also get a confirmation on your email ID, which is registered with us.
